Simulation Medical Injection training kits.

Simulation Medical (SimMed) manufacture and sell injection training kits and tutorial software to the medical community. Armed with a product and a name, SimMed came to C2 with a simple brief: develop our identity and a means to sell the product online.

C2 was involved in every part of the branding exercise.  Our first deliverable was a logo and the overall look and feel for the packaging, print media and online collateral.  Subsequent to this, we set about designing the business cards, product packaging and of course the e-Commerce website.
 
Probably the most exciting aspect of the project is the tutorial software which is an important accompaniment to the physical product and provides a detailed description of the various procedures which may be performed with the product.  Built in Flash, this training aid takes the user through several procedures illustrating the techniques with detailed animations and pop-up notes.  The animations can be customised so that either the right hand or the left hand is used and the user has the option of hiding the training pad to see the procedure performed in a realistic environment.  The software also includes quizzes to test your knowledge on the procedures as well as downloadable notes, safety information and maintenance instructions.  For a taster, check out the online demo.

The website, driven by our custom Content Management System (CMS), allows administrators to manage products and orders, post blogs and edit site content.  Users can browse products (physical and software), share pages with friends and order online via a secure payment area.
